Gentle Somatic Yoga - with Tanya Harmon
A safe and gentle practice of slow, mindlful movements that are dramatically effective at relieving pain caused by chronically tight muscles. Inspired by the work of Thomas Hanna and Moshe Feldenkrais, Gentle Somatic Yoga is a sensory motor training method that increases flexibility to restore full range motion.

Class will include breath work, balance work and mindful movement - a gentle, nourishing practice.
